If Xtreme makes any significant changes to its terms and conditions, players will be notified and may continue to have an active account by agreeing to the revised terms and conditions. If players do not agree, they must contact customer support to withdraw any funds in their player account and close their account.

Thank you for using Xtreme. We are proud to offer the latest online sportsbook and online casino. These Terms of Use (including Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and all other policies mentioned herein) are intended to explain in detail the services we provide and your rights and obligations. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, please do not open an account with us. These terms and conditions may change from time to time and players will not be able to continue accessing our services unless they are notified of such changes and agree to the revised terms and conditions.

Xtreme is owned and operated by Luminect Limited BV, a company incorporated in Curaçao under company number 165187 and with its registered address at Kaya Richard J. Beaujon z/ Curaçao. The company is licensed by Curaçao Gaming Control Board ("GCB", OGL/2024/358/0707,) to provide its services to players.

Definitions and Interpretation

2.1 “Account” means a valid account in the Player’s name on our Website.

2.2 "Services" means any services available on the Website including, but not limited to, betting on sports and other events, casino games.

2.3 “Website” refers to the Website (URL www.xtreme.game) and its mobile version, including applications.

2.4 "Force Majeure" means any occurrence or condition beyond the reasonable control of the affected party that results in a delay or failure to perform any of its contractual obligations, including acts of God (flood, earthquake, volcanic eruption, etc.), government restrictions, war, outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil commotion, insurrection, terrorist acts, fire, explosion, theft, malicious damage, strikes, lockouts, and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance is affected.

2.5 “Regulatory Authority” refers to GCB, a company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao. For more information, please visit here. “PEP” stands for Politically Exposed Person, and refers to any individual who holds or has held prominent public functions (e.g., heads of state or government, politicians, government, judiciary or military officials, executives of state-owned enterprises, and important political party officials).

Opening an account

3.1 You represent and warrant to the Company that you are eligible to open an Account. To open an Account, you must meet the following criteria:

3.1.1 You are over 18 years of age or of legal age in your country of residence;

3.1.2 You are not located in any location where it is not legal to use our services;

3.1.3 When registering an Account, you must provide us with true and accurate personal details, inform us if you are a Politically Engaged Person (PEP) and promptly inform us if your details change;

3.1.4 You have opened an Account for yourself and will not allow any other person, including relatives or friends, to use the Account; and you are not permitted to directly or indirectly benefit from the funds stored in the Account;

3.1.5 Your funds are not derived from any criminal, illegal or other unlawful source or origin and you are not on any international or Curacao sanctions list; 3.1.6 If you are a professional sportsperson or connected to professional sports, you will respect all applicable laws issued by sports governing authorities. Players may also be refused or restricted from placing bets on the Website.

3.2 If we find that you have breached these terms and conditions, we may void your bets, confiscate your winnings and close your Account.

3.3 If you are eligible to open an Account, you may do so by submitting your personal details including your name, date of birth, address and email address on our registration page. If you need to update your contact details, you may do so through your Account or by contacting Customer Support.

3.4 Creating and using multiple accounts is prohibited. Users are prohibited from selling, transferring and/or acquiring accounts to or from other players.

3.5 The Company may, at its sole discretion, refuse your registration or close your Player's Account, and any contractual obligations already concluded shall remain in force. To log into your Player's Account you must enter your email or username and password. Your password is confidential to you and must not be shared with anyone else. You agree that the Company will not be liable for any losses incurred under your Player's Account if you knowingly or by allowing someone else to access your Account.

Prohibited Jurisdictions

Our website is licensed and regulated by Curaçao Gaming Control Board. We make no position on the legality of our services for residents of a particular jurisdiction. Players must make their own judgment regarding the legality of our services in the jurisdiction in which they reside. The availability of our website in any jurisdiction does not encourage its use and we reserve the right to suspend and close accounts. Luminect Limited BV does not accept registrations from the UK, USA, Afghanistan, Curaçao, France, Netherlands, Iran, North Korea, Syria, although there is no specific list.

Authenticate your account

5.1 As required by the regulatory authorities under which we are licensed, we will verify your identity. This will usually be done at the time of your first deposit or withdrawal but we reserve the right to verify your identity at any time and you will fully cooperate.

5.2 We will require at least a valid form of identification (passport or driver's license), proof of address not older than three months, and documentation of the deposit and withdrawal method used by the Player. You understand and agree that your information may be used by a third party payment processor to verify that you are playing from a country of residence that is not prohibited from using our services.

5.3 If we are unable to verify your age, we will suspend your Account, withhold any funds in your Account and will not allow any further activity. If, after age verification, we find that you are underage, we will return all funds in your Account, destroy any winnings and close your Account immediately.

5.4 In addition to the above, we use anti-fraud software and monitor each transaction made by a Player for responsible playing and anti-money laundering checks in line with our regulatory obligations. We also take measures to prohibit players from colluding with each other to place bets and to prohibit the use of robots or other devices that distort normal game play. If we find that you have done so or are in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions, we may close your Account, suspend your balance and remove any Free Bets, Bonuses and associated winnings.

Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 In order to place bets on our website you will need to deposit funds into your Player's Account. The methods available for depositing funds are detailed on our website. In all cases funds will be deposited and withdrawn from an account in the Player's name and under the Player's control.

6.2 No fees are payable to us for deposits or withdrawals. There are no fees.

6.3 The use of your Player's Account as a bank is prohibited and if we believe you are using your Account as a means of holding money or making frequent deposits and withdrawals we may take action against your Player's Account.

6.4 You agree not to reverse any funds or make any chargebacks. The Company will require you to compensate us for these unpaid funds and any processing fees incurred by the Company.

6.5 Players may deposit and withdraw funds using multiple deposit and withdrawal methods provided by the Company, however withdrawals must be made using the same method used to deposit. If the method used by the Player to deposit does not offer withdrawals, withdrawals shall be made to the Player's bank account.

6.6 You may withdraw all settled funds in your Player's Account at any time unless we have a justifiable reason not to do so.

6.5 Players may only deposit funds into their Player's Account using Payment Methods that belong to the Player. Depositing funds using Payment Methods not in the Player's name is strictly prohibited and may be considered a criminal offence. If the Company determines that a deposit has been made using a Payment Method not in the Player's name, the Company reserves the right to conduct an internal investigation and reject any winnings made using such funds, as well as to retain the Player's funds, reverse any outstanding bets and suspend or close the Player's Account. If the Company has any suspicions, the Company reserves the right to contact the police and/or disclose the Player's information to other appropriate authorities.

Segregation of player funds

Player funds are kept separate from company funds, which means that measures are taken to protect player funds.

Sports Rules

8.1 Players must ensure that they understand the details of any bets they place on our website.

8.2 Please ensure that you read our betting rules before placing a bet in our sportsbook.

8.3 You warrant that in relation to each Bet made at Our Sportsbook, You are not engaged in, and have no knowledge of, match fixing, collusion or other fraudulent activity and are not prohibited from placing such Bets by any rules or regulations applicable to the governing body of any particular sport of which You or Your employer is a member (such as rules against benefiting from insider information) or any other professional body. You agree that if We become aware or have reasonable suspicion of any of the above, without prejudice to any other action We may take, We may void the relevant Bets and close Your Account.

8.4 In some circumstances, errors or mistakes may occur in the odds and/or payouts offered in our sportsbook or when sports markets are not closed. In the event of such an error, we reserve the right to settle bets correctly, pay out amounts that would normally have won or deduct amounts that would have been lost, or, if this is not possible, to void bets and refund the stake to the player. Players must notify us as soon as possible of any errors they become aware of.

8.5 Once you have placed a bet of any kind, the funds will be immediately debited from your Account and you will not be able to cancel the bet under any circumstances. You should only place bets with funds that you can afford to lose.

Casino Rules

9.1 The following provisions apply only if you use the Casino Services. In the event of any conflict between this clause and the rest of these Terms, this clause shall prevail to the extent applicable to your use of the Casino Services.

9.2 We offer our users a wide range of casino games. Payouts, minimum and maximum bets and game rules are all available in the help or rules for each game offered. These rules form part of these Terms and Conditions and you should read them before placing your bets on a particular game and not play the game if you are not happy with its rules.

9.3 If a bet exceeding the stated amount is mistakenly accepted, the excess will be disregarded, the bet will be adjusted accordingly and the difference will be paid to the Player.

9.4 Our games are provided by leading providers of casino games and are independently tested and certified.

9.5 The casino games offered by the Company require live streaming and therefore require sufficient bandwidth to fully enjoy the games and for active and timely participation of the Player. It is recommended that only Players who have the necessary bandwidth should play the casino games.

9.7 In the event of a game being interrupted for technical reasons and/or a malfunction resulting in an obviously inaccurate result or payout, the Company reserves the right to cancel bets and return the stake to the Player's Account and expressly excludes any liability to the Player.

9.8 Abortion of a Game and Errors i. If after a bet has been placed on our system, your device malfunctions or your internet connection is lost, the bet will still be accepted and the game will proceed. The outcome of the game can be checked once your device or connection is back in working order.

ii. In the event of a malfunction in our system before the result is determined, all confirmed bets will be void immediately and any confirmed bets will be refunded to Players’ Accounts.

Bonus

Xtreme periodically runs bonus campaigns. The terms of the bonus are defined in the bonus terms specific to each bonus campaign. Bonuses may be subject to the obligation to wager a certain number of times before they can be withdrawn ("wagering or withdrawal requirements"). If a bonus is subject to wagering requirements, winnings generated by wagering the bonus may be withdrawn only after the wagering requirements have been met.

You can only earn one bonus per campaign, except for so-called "refer a friend" campaigns.

The maximum number of uses for this promotion is one per household/IP address.

Xtreme reserves the right to offer certain bonuses to certain players or groups. In the event that different bonuses are offered in the same promotion, the bonus that is more favorable to the player will take precedence.

In the event of any discrepancies between the English version and any translated versions of these Bonus Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Bonus abuse

Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to:

  • Violating the terms and conditions of any bonus, free bet or other promotion;
  • Opening multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses

If an account owner, either individually or as part of a group, is suspected of committing or attempting to commit bonus fraud, Xtreme reserves the right to:

  • Confiscation of any bonuses awarded to the account owner and any winnings derived from such bonuses
  • Cancellation, refusal or withdrawal of the Account Owner's bonuses; and/or
  • Denying access to certain products; and/or
  • Exclusion from future promotions; and/or
  • Immediate closure of the account of the account holder

Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 You may close your Player's Account at any time. If you wish to close your Account you may do so at any time online through your account or by contacting Customer Support.

11.2 We reserve the right to refuse your registration and/or suspend or terminate your use of our services at any time without any obligation to provide reasons for it. Reasons for us to refuse your registration or suspend or close your account include, but are not limited to:

11.2.1 If we are unable to verify the authenticity of your Account or if we have doubts about the accuracy of any information you have provided to us

11.2.2 If the Company knows or has reasonable suspicion that the Player has breached these Terms and Conditions.

11.2.3 If the Company knows or reasonably suspects that a Player is involved in match-fixing, collusion with any other party or any other wrongful or illegal/fraudulent activity, the Company reserves the right to report this to our regulatory authorities, applicable sports authorities or any other appropriate authorities.

11.2.4 If we have evidence or reasonable suspicion that you have corrupted or attempted to corrupt the Website with any bug, malware, virus, DDS attack or similar, we shall be entitled to fully recover any losses we have suffered against you.

11.2.5 If a Player becomes bankrupt or in a similar situation.

11.2.6 If we have reasonable concerns that you have a gambling problem;

11.3 If we close your Account, we will refund to you any balance in your Account unless doing so would be in breach of our regulatory and anti-money laundering obligations.

Inactive and Dormant Accounts

If a player has not logged in or made a bet for more than 12 months, the player's account will be considered inactive and an administration fee of €5 will be deducted from the remaining balance each month until the account has no remaining balance. If the account has been inactive for more than 30 months, the player's remaining balance will be remitted to GCB. If the player cannot be contacted, the player's remaining balance will be remitted to GCB.

Filing a Complaint

13.1 If you have a complaint against us, you should first contact our customer support. If you are still not satisfied, you can lodge a formal complaint at the following email address: complaints@Xtreme.game We will launch an internal investigation into any issue and keep you updated on the situation on a regular basis.

13.2 If your complaint concerns a gambling transaction and we are unable to resolve the issue, the complaint will be considered as a formal complaint and you will have the right to lodge a complaint with GCB. GCB's decision will not affect your right to take legal action.

Limitation of Liability

14.1 You agree that the Company shall not be liable to you in respect of any loss arising from any failure of your internet connection and any computer equipment you use to access the Company's services.

14.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible or liable for any damages, losses, expenses or consequences of whatever nature alleged to have arisen or result from your use of our services.

14.3 Luminect Limited BV's services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, non-infringement of intellectual property, or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall the Company be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to direct or indirect loss of profits, economic loss, business interruption, loss of information, or any direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, special, exemplary or special loss and/or damages (including but not limited to loss of contract, loss of goodwill and loss of reputation arising from the use or inability to use the Company's services), even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions prohibit the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Play Responsibly

15.1 Gambling should be a form of entertainment and Luminect Limited BV will support players who believe they have a gambling problem.

15.2 There are a number of ways to control your gambling, all of which are directly controlled by you in your Account.

15.2.1 "Time-out" A player may temporarily disable access to his/her account for 24 hours, one week, one month or any other period reasonably selected by the player, up to a maximum of six weeks. At the end of this period, the player's account will be automatically reactivated.

15.2.2 "Reality check" The Company will provide the player with reminders when using the website for a period pre-set by the player.

15.2.3 "Funding limits" Daily, weekly or monthly deposit, wager and loss limits can be set.

15.2.4 "Self-exclusion" A player may restrict access to our services at any time. A player may self-exclude for a minimum of six months, a maximum of five years or indefinitely. After self-exclusion, any balance in the player's account will be refunded to the player. The Company will endeavour to exclude players from all marketing materials and other inducements to place bets on our website, however, the player bears ultimate responsibility to refrain from placing bets on our website and the Company will not be liable to the player for any losses incurred by the player placing further bets on other accounts. You may then contact Customer Support to reactivate your Account, however we will apply any cooling off period that may have elapsed.

15.3 We will monitor your account and if our systems identify a player as having gaming problems, we may restrict the player. Indicators that may be used to determine this include sudden increases in betting amounts, types of bets, and times of day bets are placed.

Force majeure

The Company shall not be held liable or be held in breach of this Agreement in respect of any effects on the Player's use of the Company's website caused by circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control which may prevent the provision of all or part of the services to the Player.

Intellectual property right

We are the owner or authorized licensee of all intellectual property rights existing on our website. Our name, website design, text, logos, source code, software and the like are protected by copyright and are subject to other proprietary rights and may not be imitated, reproduced or used in any way without our express prior written permission. The use of our services does not grant the player any interest in our intellectual property rights or in rights belonging to third parties used by us under license. We fully reserve the right to pursue legal claims against anyone who illegally uses our intellectual property rights or rights belonging to our licenses.

Others

20.1 The English version of these Terms and Conditions, the Betting Rules and our Privacy Policy shall take precedence over any other language versions that we may publish from time to time.

20.2 These Terms and Conditions and any documents expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement between you and the Company and supersede any prior agreements or arrangements, whether oral or written, between you and the Company.

20.3 A waiver by us of any default will not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default.

20.4 If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, void or unenforceable by any law, regulation, administrative order or judicial decision, the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement will not be affected.

20.5 The headings in this Agreement are for convenience of reference only and shall not affect the interpretation or construction of any provision.

20.6 The relationship between Player and Luminect Limited BV established by this Agreement is an independent contract.

20.7 If any of these terms and conditions are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, then that term, condition or provision will, to the extent that it exists, be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Curaçao and the courts of Curaçao shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising from or relating to these Terms, but shall not limit Luminect Limited BV's right to bring proceedings against you and/or seek to enforce judgments in any other jurisdiction.
